Christine Danella Lynch was diagnosed with fibromyalgia (FM) in 1990 after experiencing symptoms since childhood. After FM ended her career as a corporate accountant, she participated in FM support groups on both the east and west coasts and was trained as a fibromyalgia support group leader by the Arthritis Foundation. Designated a Leader Against Pain by the National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA) she assisted that organization in advocating for increased funding and awareness for FM. She is a columnist for the Torrance Daily Breeze and the author of More Than Tender Points: A Fibromyalgia Memoir, available at Amazon.com.
