Christine Danella Lynch was diagnosed with fibromyalgia (FM) in 1990 after experiencing symptoms since childhood. After FM ended her career in aerospace finance, she participated in FM support groups on both the east and west coasts and was trained as a fibromyalgia support group leader by the Arthritis Foundation. Designated a Leader Against Pain by the National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA) she assisted that organization in advocating for increased funding and awareness for FM.
