    Hi, thanks for the info. I’ve had fibro for 17 years and I too have tried so many different meds. What two are you taking now? The hot baths was one of mine too. We even bought a hot tub! But once I hit menopause I could not stand even a quick hot shower. Thanks again, Bonnie

    I can understand all of what u said, as an example,I went on a trip around Australia for one year,I usually see chiropractor who also does kinesiology monthly and wasn’t sure how I would go without those regular visits, when I got back my doc and chiro commented that I should keep doing what I had been doing as they were surprised how well I was on returning from my relaxing holiday.
    I love Epsom salt baths they do get rid of toxins I used them years ago before I was diagnosed with f m (this year) still learning what helps this condition ,thanks for your input it helps so much .

    Hi, totally agree with stretching. I try to keep up a gentle yoga routine regularly, not always easy for all the obvious reasons…. but it truly does help

    Can you tell me what Medes you are taking and have you tried medical marijuana? My husband was diagnosed 5 years ago.
