The couple talk about what Tawra has found helpful for both conditions. Tawra has found that light exercise, massage, over-the-counter painkillers, Epsom salt baths and staying as stress-free as possible helps her manage the everyday effects of fibromyalgia. She’s also discovered that she has food intolerances so adjusting her diet and taking supplements have helped her feel better.
