Coping With Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

In this video from Living On A Dime, Tawra and Mike talk about what it’s like living with both fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

Find out the diet advice Nancy has found helps her with her fibromyalgia.

The couple talk about what Tawra has found helpful for both conditions. Heat and humidity exacerbate Tawra’s symptoms so she has found a lot of relief by moving to Idaho where the air is cooler and there’s less humidity. Tawra has found that light exercise, massage, over-the-counter painkillers, Epsom salt baths and staying as stress-free as possible helps her manage the everyday effects of fibromyalgia. She’s also discovered that she has food intolerances so adjusting her diet and taking supplements have helped her feel better.

Discover some easy stress relievers for fibromyalgia.

Just a quick note: Those of us with these illnesses find it hard to sit and watch a video, at least I do. I can read much faster and glean information a lot quicker when it is written. Thanks!

Denise……its just the opposite for me. I can get lost in a good video and forget the pain. Reading is difficult to focus on and remember the story line. I can read for information like the news and recipes.
