Because of central sensitization which is accelerated as I age even the slightest exercise sends me into a flare up! This has been made even worse after hip replacement 6 months ago.
Your video is very comforting. I do a couple of these stretches watching you while seated. Your voice is calming. I wish I could do these exercises!
